Animals without wool
First of all, animals that do not have a wool cover at all come to mind as a pet. This is not a bad and win-win option at all.
The most popular are turtles. But there is one nuance here: sea turtles are best suited, because land turtles have small hairs all over their body and shed from time to time, which can cause an allergic reaction.

- Kerry Blue Terrier (non-shedding dog with long thick coat);
- Irish Water Spaniel (another breed that does not shed)
- Schnauzer (dogs with long hair, which do not moult);
- Chinese Crested (comb out the dog quite often);
- Poodle (characterized by weak molting, it is necessary to comb out in the spring).
Hypoallergenic cats
First of all, I remember the "naked" sphinxes, they are really the most hypoallergenic. But do not forget that these cats often sweat, which can also provoke allergic reactions. We must not forget about the periodic bathing of the sphinxes. After bathing, cats should not be allowed to freeze, as they are in poor health - they can get very sick from hypothermia.
Other hypoallergenic cat breeds:
- Devon Rex (the wool does not contain allergenic particles, rare shedding);
- Abyssinian (shorthair cat);
- British (large cat with short hair);
- Scottish Fold (allergies occur in very rare cases).
Scientists have recently developed a new breed of cats - an allergic cat. They are artificially bred, especially for people with allergies. Their body is completely lacking protein, which causes signs of allergy. They are quite expensive, but any person will live quietly next to them.
Rodents
Small and funny creatures. Among them there are several types that are not capable of causing allergies:
- Baldwin guinea pig (they have no hair);
- Chinchilla (greater percentage of no allergic reactions);
- Syrian hamster (the cleanest animal on the list).
Choosing a hypoallergenic animal is always a problem, however, after going through the options and consulting a doctor, you can find a pet that will not harm the owner.
