We bought a small disposable book, in which all sorts of wonders of home technology were written: principles of work, possibilities.

Well, as it were, for those who choose something for themselves and who cannot choose and understand in any way: whether they need it or not. We read, marveled: "wow!" And they themselves could not even imagine how it works and looks. There was no Internet in the house, it appeared a little later, so there was nowhere to get hold of information. None of the friends-acquaintances at all suspected the existence of bread makers in nature.

Since the rest of the daily technical problems were successfully solved long ago and there were all sorts of washing machines, microwave ovens, refrigerators, the turn of all obscure "garbage" came. Let's go to a hardware store. The bread makers had just appeared on sale then. Luckily for me, the store had one LG model. The only one. Then I saw only “skis” on sale for another two or three years. Apparently, they were the first to creep out into our market. And no one could explain how it works and what's what in general. The manager, gazing at us, said: “Well, of course, if you already have everything, then you can buy it too…” I started laughing, because he almost dissuaded us from this unit. I resisted: “I want! Buy it! " My husband bought it. And now I can't imagine how you can feed your family without her. They will all die of hunger instantly.

Actually, in fairness, I must say that my first bread did not work out then. We pulled out a flat, heavy brick, which we chewed on without enthusiasm. I was upset then decently, but stubbornness is a terrible force. Already starting from the second case, things went great and are going quite well to this day. First, of course, bread. We still eat it. The development of the food industry is having dire consequences. Already you will not find normal bread: improvers, preservatives, cotton-like loaves, non-perishable for decades. Until you try normal bread, it will seem quite tasty to yourself. And I politely did not tell them that they themselves are fools, because once waking up in the morning under the smell of freshly baked bread, you want just that kind of fresh homemade bread, in which you know exactly what you put.

 

Since then, the number of children has increased by one, the eldest has grown, and I began to acutely feel that there are growing men in the house: they eat a lot and tastefully. At the same time, they adore soups with homemade black or gray bread and sandwiches. The tales about the fact that I split like an elephant and will eat eight times more bread quickly stopped scaring me. Because this passion for delicious homemade bread cannot last forever. The excitement passed pretty quickly, but the habit of good products, fresh, tasty and cooked with soul remains.

After some time, a whole bunch of friends and relatives were inspired by the purchase of a bread machine.A phrase from an anecdote: “Thanks to the hostess! Today she succeeded so well, everything was very tasty, especially black bread! " began to take on a real and literal meaning.
