In New Guinea and Laos, they love to feast on spiders - golden spiders. The methods of cooking are different: they are fried, boiled, cooked over coals, and sometimes, without bothering themselves with cooking, they are eaten raw.

In China, street vendors sell scorpion and centipede kebabs. All this miracle is strung on wooden sticks and fried. And you can, again, try this delicacy in its raw form. Scorpion soup is also popular. Preparing is elementary: 40 pieces of carefully washed scorpions are fried with garlic, ginger, pepper and pork. Then water and carrots are added, cooked for 40 minutes - the soup is ready, welcome to the table!

Scorpion sandwiches are in demand in Singapore. Fried scorpion is served on a slice of bread with boiled asparagus. The treat should be eaten with the jaws and tail, after removing the sting.
