The effect of spices is positive. Each individual spice contains about 300 substances that have not yet been fully investigated. Only the complex effect of all substances ensures a positive result. Such as, ginger... Only the extract from the whole root has the strongest effect, a Danish researcher recently discovered. The scientist believes that such an alternative to traditional remedies will be of much greater importance in the future. Even one pinch can contribute to something, for example, Chinese pepper will take care of the healthy appearance of the skin, it protects from caries chilli... In addition, spices are beneficial for people who are overweight. Their pungent substances activate the digestive juices, while the bitter ones awaken the appetite. We often season food with little-known fruits, seeds, bark and roots. Here are the most interesting ones:

Ginger... It has a pungent aroma of fresh fruit, and is also one of the main therapeutic agents in Chinese medicine. Ginger relaxes, soothes, helps with motion sickness without causing side effects. It has anti-inflammatory properties, strengthens the immune system. New medications for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from ginger have been successfully tested in the USA and Denmark.
