Manufacturers try to meet modern requirements and use materials that relieve fatigue, stress, have a healing effect, completely free of allergens or dyes.
Let's try to systematize our knowledge about bedding. Bed sets come in several sizes:
- One and a half sleeping set (160x220, 150x210, 150x215, 155x215cm).
- Double set (175x210, 175x215, 180x210, 180x215, 200x220cm).
- Double set Euro (200x220, 205x225, 215x220, 220x240cm).
- Family set - one sheet, 2 or 4 pillowcases and 2 duvet covers (160x220, 143x215, 150x210, 150x215,155x215cm).

- Set for newborns (100x140cm).
All existing sizes are shown here and differ from manufacturer and material. All sets are complemented by pillowcases of one of three sizes 50x70, 70x70 or 60x60cm.
Now about the materials. Bed linen can be made of material:
- Satin (cotton, dense fabric.) Practically does not wrinkle.
- Calico (hygienic, not very wrinkled, strong, retains a bright pattern for a long time, light).
- Natural silk (the most expensive material for linen.) Real and high quality only Japanese.
- Linen (pure linen crumples strongly.) Linen + cotton is usually used for bedding - such fabric is easier to iron and less wrinkled.
- Jacquard (dense diaper).
- Mako - satin (cotton, satin fabric, very smooth, silky and pleasant to the touch.) Lux class underwear is made from it, hypoallergenic.
- Lyocell (new cellulose fabric.) Linen from Lyocell is soft, silky and delicate.
Knowing all of the above, let's go shopping. You can go to the store, but now, bed linen, like many other things, can be purchased online. To do this, you need to find a site - a manufacturer, or simply selling bedding, or participate in a Joint Purchase (JV). Joint purchases are good because you do not personally need to cooperate with a supplier, and you buy lingerie at a wholesale price, which is a couple of times less than the retail price. Use the search engines to easily find an online store selling bedding.
What to look for? Of course, read the purchase and manufacturer reviews. Look at the purchase history - you will learn from it whether there were any problems, and if they did, how they were solved. Usually, the purchasing process is as follows - you select a product on the website or in an already made photo album in a group, inform the person who conducts the purchase of his order. When the group has the required amount of the order, you will be announced a stop and given a few days to pay. After paying, you wait until the goods arrive and they will be given to you. Before buying, ALWAYS read the purchase rules!
