Teaching your child not to give up food

Teaching your child not to give up foodEven a newborn baby is beginning to show its food preferences to its parents. Suddenly give him the Swiss "Nestogen" or the domestic "Baby". And not without reason, even mother's milk becomes (thank God, sometimes!) Tasteless to him. But this is only the initial one in life. As soon as the child grows up a little, the claims regarding the quality and taste of food begin to increase almost in arithmetic progression ...

And many hitherto obedient little children suddenly start to be capricious: I will, I will not, and many parents have to feed their beloved child the old fashioned way: this spoon is for dad, this spoon for grandmother, for grandfather ...

But how can this dilemma be dealt with?

One of the obvious reasons literally lies in the child's plate. He just doesn't like the look of something that looks unappetizing and doesn't taste good, naturally from a child's point of view. Parents have to make serious efforts so that their own child somehow has time to swallow breakfast that is tasty in the eyes of adults and take it to kindergarten.

But as soon as he comes to the kindergarten, the child for some reason does not refuse breakfast in kindergarten, even if it is worse than the quality of the one cooked at home. This is because there are such children in the world whose appetite wakes up two hours after getting out of bed.

But if it happens in the afternoon on Sundays, then the fault in poor appetite, for the most part, lies in constant snacking. Their beloved grandfathers and grandmothers are happy to help with this, who, without realizing it, are doing not the best thing, like irrevocably spoiling the appetite of a little one before a full lunch or dinner.

Teaching your child not to give up foodTo cope with this problem, parents need to try to ensure that their beloved child is outdoors as much as possible, so that it can properly work up an appetite.

You should not lean on flour dishes, as sooner or later they lead to a deficiency of nutrients in the child's body. Also, do not go to the other extreme when there are pronounced sweet, salty or even peppery dishes on the table. All these dishes are useful for raising the appetite of a small child, but if you constantly abuse them, then they will certainly dull the naked taste sensations of a child.

If the child categorically refuses to eat certain dishes, then it will be useful to ask him to name them more accurately. On occasion, you need to respect the choice of your own child and try to replace them with no less tasty and healthy counterparts. For example, if a child categorically does not accept fish, then it can be replaced with chicken or beef. Don't like buckwheat or oatmeal? No problems! It is enough to replace everything with semolina or rice groats. It's hard to find a child who doesn't like milk rice porridge! If at some stage the child does not like fruits, then they can be replaced with raisins or banana. True, bananas should be given with caution, as some children may be allergic to them. This is due to chemical treatment (they are blown with a special gas). In some cases, when a child eats a lot of bananas, he may even end up in intensive care!

But if the child calmly tolerates bananas, then they should take their rightful place in the children's diet.
