Pike perch rolls

Category: Fish dishes

Ingredients

Pike perch fillet
Salt pepper
FILLING:
A small bunch of greenery
(onion, dill, parsley, cilantro)
Cheese and cold plum butter
grate
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Mayonnaise 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet of pike perch or other white fish into portions of such a size that they can be rolled into a roll at least in one turn. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the filling on a piece of fish, roll it up, dip it in a beaten egg, then in flour, again in an egg and ground crackers. Fry until golden brown in a pan with a lot of oil, first laying with the seam down so that the rolls do not fall apart. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Note

I want to offer this recipe for very tasty rolls.

The dish is suitable for both everyday and festive table.

First, great! Secondly - not necessarily from pike perch, right?

I think that any white fish will do, well, maybe with the exception of catfish, halibut

I was so impressed with the recipe and I have a family of big and small fish lovers. I will try to reproduce it in the near future.

Interesting!
and how to cut and wrap in more detail?
Aunt Besya
So far I can only in words - my husband is in the hospital and there is no one to cook for
Fillet of pike perch (or other fish, but I haven’t tried it from another), I cut the pitted plate into pieces the size of which allows you to roll a roll. It is clear that if the piece is narrow, then you cannot fold it: wow: Well, for example, if the file were 30 cm long, I would cut it into 4 pieces, 7 centimeters each!
How to fold? As a regular roll-roll, tuck the edges inward!
Gin
and I do the same, but I just bake in the oven, smearing each roll with an egg. to make it easier to fold, each piece of fish slightly I beat it off and fasten it with toothpicks.
delicious filling - chopped boiled eggs with green onions
