Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Milk 1 l
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp.
Egg 10 pieces.
Soda 1 tbsp. l.
Vanilla

Cooking method

  • Divide the eggs, grind the yolks with sugar until white, add all the other ingredients.
  • Beat the whites separately with a pinch of salt and vanilla.
  • Combine everything, the dough turns out to be liquid, pour into a refractory form and bake under the lid.

Note

In Moldova, this dish is served along with prunes at the end of the feast ...
