The cream was made sour cream. The sour cream did not whip, but it did not affect anything. I took 2 bags of sour cream, 450 grams each, 20% fat. The cream was too much. A gram of 600 sour cream would be just that. I put sugar in the cakes according to the recipe, half a glass less in the meringue, the cream was practically not sweet. In the end, it's still sweet for my taste. Nuts and raisins between the cakes. Overall impressions - awesome! I will do a friend's doce on the DR, I will cover it with mastic. I also use cream sour cream, or custard, I think it will fit here. I plan to collect the cake and put it in the refrigerator for a day. Then cut and level under the mastic.
