Ingredients

Sifted flour 60-70 g
Salt pinch
Sugar 100 g
Unsalted butter 100 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Dark chocolate 100 g
Baking powder 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate and butter together in a water bath or in the microwave at 50% power, stir and let the chocolate mass cool slightly (5 minutes), if hot; at that time:
  • Place flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Pour in the chocolate mixture and stir well. Add eggs and nuts.
  • Transfer to a multicooker saucepan, pre-oiled.
  • Baking 55-60 min.
  • I usually do it in a small slow cooker.
  • In a large slow cooker, the cake will not be tall.

Note

Why base? Because my son loves cakes, muffins, etc. "without anything": no cream, no nuts, no raisins, etc. I don’t know whether to be happy about this or upset: there are no problems with decorating pastries, the maximum that is allowed to be done is sprinkle with icing sugar

In a small slow cooker, you get a wonderful chocolate cake without any problems and without using a mixer.
if desired, you can add nuts to the dough (the quantity is indicated in the recipe). changing the amount of flour, you can get a more delicate or denser structure.

Yes, I was also afraid that I would be crumpled, but I was dancing next to my son, I had to take a chance, I immediately turned it over from the saucepan into a plate and ... everything is fine, it keeps its shape, I think if you hold it longer, it will probably be harder to pick out the paper, but I immediately took off! It is also very tasty with walnuts (I do it for myself sometimes). I roll them once with a rolling pin so that I don't get small pieces.
Probably delicious with pecans (they were mentioned in the original recipe for chocolate-nut cakes), but I have never seen them here.
