Orange wet cupcake

Ingredients

Butter or margarine (I took butter) 100 g
Sugar (I took half a glass) 1 glass
Eggs 2 pcs.
Self-rising flour (if not, add baking powder to regular flour) 2 glasses (320 gr.)
Kefir 1 glass
Raisins (I did not add) 1 glass
Orange zest taste
For syrup:
Sugar 1/2 cup
Orange juice 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • Soften margarine. Beat it with a mixer with a glass of granulated sugar. Add eggs, beat, add kefir and beat again. Take all products at room temperature.
  • Prepare the raisins (rinse, dry, mix with flour), add the grated zest.
  • Add flour to the liquid mixture, mix with a spoon.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Prepare orange juice and sugar syrup. Pour hot syrup over a warm cake, let it soak and cool.

Time for preparing:

50 minutes

Cooking program:

Oven preheated to 180 degrees

It turned out that "negritosik", well, okay, all sorts of bears are needed, all sorts of bears are important !!!

My daughter and my mother have already spoken on the "paw", they said it is very tasty and fragrant, and most importantly, it is not cloying (well, it's not for nothing that I removed half a glass of sugar from the recipe)!
