Ingredients

Milk 250 ml
Margarine 60 g
Dry yeast 1 and 1/8 tsp

Cooking method

  • To prepare it, you need one package of the mixture.
  • + according to the instructions on the package.
  • On my own, I added a pinch of almond shavings to the batch, and sprinkled the top with chopped almonds before baking.
  • Baking mode "Sweet roll" (Not "Cupcake" !, since yeast in the recipe) "Small / medium loaf" "Medium crust"
  • In my oven, this is a program №5 (total time 2:50, baking time 50 min.)
  • Pour milk into a bucket, pour out the mixture and add yeast. Add room temperature margarine, cut into pieces, before the second batch. Sprinkle with icing sugar after baking.

Well, the product is Russian. I just had an orange cupcake and a Cake, exactly from the "Russian product"
I'll have to try. But I'll do it in the Multicooker. And then there is only the "Cupcake" mode in the oven. And then, in the cartoon, things like this turn out much better.
