If it is not salted enough, then you can add more salt to the ready-made hodgepodge.
  • Stir the whole thing well, increase the heat to 8-9 and let it boil properly. In this period, most of the vinegar, which is part of the ketchup, evaporates, and the tomato reveals its full taste. I love it when I get a small tomato crust. at the bottom. It usually takes me 5 minutes
