Chicken legs stuffed with vegetable mixture

Cooking a vegetable mixture.
Grate 1 carrot on a fine grater, finely dice 1 onion, cut 1 sweet and sour apple into thin strips. Mix everything, pour in soy sauce, mix again.
Cut the legs into two parts, add salt and pepper. Pull the skin and stuff the vegetable mixture between the meat and skin. What won't fit, just put on top. Cover this disgrace with ketchup or sour cream, put in a frying pan and bake in the oven until tender.

It's sooooo delicious to cook these chicken legs on a potato pillow.
