Ingredients

Peeled squid carcasses 3 pieces
FOR FILLING:
Rice in a bag package
Frozen green beans 300 grams
Bulb 1 large
Grated cheese 100 grams
Egg 1 PC.
Chopped greens (parsley, cilantro, dill) total beam
Salt, black pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Cream or sour cream about 100 gr.
White wine half a glass
Tomato 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I washed the squids, removed the films. Boiled rice until half cooked (boiled a bag for 10 minutes). I fried green beans and onions in vegetable oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, added rice, salt, pepper, herbs and garlic and kept it on the fire for a little more. I didn't fry it too much, considering that there will be heat treatment in the squid. She removed from heat, cooled slightly, added grated cheese and an egg.
  • The narrow end of the squid was chipped with a toothpick. I stuffed the squid with minced meat and chipped the second hole with a toothpick.
  • At the bottom of the multi-pan I threw a couple of pieces of butter, poured heavy cream, wine and added tomato. Stir lightly with a wooden spoon and lightly add salt.
  • I laid the squid on top. The sauce was about 1-1.5 cm tall.
  • Pilaf mode, cooked for 40 minutes.

As a result, I got delicate fragrant squids that were eaten instantly. The sauce has thickened and practically evaporated - you can see a little in the photo on the tail of the squid. I didn’t cut the squid ring to the end, because the filling didn’t come out very nicely, but believe me, it’s very tasty!
