Cottage cheese pie with fruit without dough

Ingredients

500 gr of pasty cottage cheese
500 gr ricotta
6 eggs
200 g sugar
zest of one lemon
a pinch of salt
4 table. tablespoons of starch without a slide
350-400 grams of berries or fruits
coconut for dusting the mold

Cooking method

  • Place all ingredients (except fruit) in a bowl and whisk.
  • Line the bottom of a 26 cm Teflon springform pan with baking paper.
  • Grease the bottom and sides of the mold well with margarine and sprinkle with coconut flakes (we don't like coconut flakes, I sprinkled them with oatmeal).
  • Pour the mixture into a mold. Arrange the fruits on top (in the original version, raspberries and strawberries, I put pineapple pieces from a jar). If you want to bake with apricots, plums or peaches, cut them into pieces.
  • Bake in preheated to 180 degrees. (convection 160) in the oven on the lower shelf for 45-50 minutes.

Note

Ricotta is a cream cheese. Something in between “Philadelphia” and “Mascarpone”. In supermarkets, all three cheeses lie side by side.
