NIZA, great cupcake! Yes, a cupcake in the microwave is a lifesaver.

Tell me, what function should a microvalue have to create such numbers? I have the most ordinary micro-wave, I always used it only for heating and heating, and after this topic I looked at it with different eyes

The most common microwaves !!!
You know, after this topic, I also reconsidered my attitude towards her. I respect that. Great theme, great recipes.
zalina74
Yes, yes, girls. We underestimate conventional microwaves. Now I use my microwave more: fast, convenient, tasty. Potatoes, beets, for example, also only "cook" in them. I also bought a book with recipes for microwave ovens.

I turned out such a handsome man, and I could not even think of it. that such delicious things can be baked in the micra. And baked for 750 watts - 6 minutes, fine, not wet or rubbery. Zalina74 Thank you very much 🔗
zalina74
That's for sure - handsome! I'm glad that everything worked out, that I liked it.
I often bake in the microwave - why bother with the oven, if such cupcakes in the microwave are both quick and tasty!
Pinky
Girls, can you please tell me, can you add nuts to these cupcakes? The dough will not become heavy, will it bake? And is it necessary in this case to increase the baking time. The power of my microwave is 850 watts. Thank you.
Kobeika
In my microwave there is 800 watts - I experimentally figured out the time - 13 minutes. I won't say about nuts, I added raisins - they bake perfectly
Pinky
My daughter doesn’t eat anything with raisins> :( Only with nuts. Well, I’ll try once, maybe if you chop it, it’ll also be baked. Thank you!
Alim
Pinky, nuts due to the fat in them will cook faster than empty dough, so you don't have to increase the time and don't worry about not baking

OK! Thank you, I will.

In order not to suffer with experiments when repeating someone's recipes, here is a plate for recalculating the power required for cooking.
If the recipe says 1000 W, 5:40 min, and you have a maximum power of 700, then for your stove you will define the time as 7:10 min.

Girls, in my Micra there is generally a power of 100. This is what I think, because if I adjust the power, it initially shows 100, and then I decrease it and it starts to show 80,50,30.
Or is it necessary to look at the power somewhere else?
Rusya
There is a glued piece of paper on the back of the microwave, the input and output power is written on it, so look at the output, this is it. And 100,80 ..... it shows you as a percentage of the poppy. power

Vitalinka
Girls, I came to thank you all for the cupcakes! I cook a lot in the microwave and meat and vegetables, and I cook the first one. But somehow it didn't work out with baking, but now I have learned with your help. Now I bake not only muffins, but also biscuits for cakes. Everything is very fast and tasty. Here is my report - coconut sponge cake and chocolate cupcake on kefir. Baking in a silicone mold.

Gaby
Vitalinka, what a handsome man, a real palace with a snow roof, and how long did it bake and at what power?
zalina74
vitalinka 2, happy for you! And for your loved ones - treat them with such goodies. : nyam: By the way, you write about the coconut biscuit, and about the chocolate cupcake on kefir, but I see only one photo ...
Vitalinka
Gaby, zalina 74, thanks for the compliments.
Baked a cake at full power 850 watts, 10 minutes. Then I left it in the oven for a couple of minutes. When she took it out, she left it in the form for a few minutes, then put it on a wire rack to cool.
In the photo there is a cupcake combined from 2 recipes - chocolate and what is white in the photo is coconut biscuit. But I baked them separately, too, and added nuts and raisins to chocolate. It turns out very tasty and fast!
Gaby
Thank you Vitalinka for the answer, I haven’t baked in silicone yet, your experience may be useful.

I haven't baked in silicone yet,
Microwave silicone - what the doctor ordered! I even write about it in the recipe. Moreover, its no need to lubricate butter (only if new) - enough fat in the dough.
Gubki
Listen, I keep walking and looking at my micro, it’s simple for me, it can only warm it up ... but I’m afraid to put a mold with batter into it ... what if it starts shooting?
Vitalinka
Gubki, I also have a simple microwave. But I bake in it and nothing shoots. Read the recipes in this Temko and try. It turns out very tasty and fast. I bake in silicone and in plastic pots for MB. If the oven is in plastic or glass, grease the mold with oil. Start with a yogurt-based chocolate cake, it's delicious. Good luck!
Rusya
Gubki, and I have the simplest one. We bought mikra only so that the children, having come home from school, could warm up food in it.
When in doubt, try half a serving. I'm just sure everything will turn out great.
zalina74
Just don't overdo it - it cooks incredibly fast.
Guylechka
Devulechki! I love you ! I have little peasants with a sweet tooth, and today, as luck would have it, I was running around, tired and didn’t bake anything for them, but I really wanted to try new silicone molds for cupcakes, I came here, read your recipes and ... sabotaged - super! Mine, however, have already died, but I tried it - gentle, soft, airy, just melt in your mouth! Thank you, just a big human MERSIE !!!
anzhelaohar
zalina74 !!! Thank you so much for the recipe! : rose: After 7 years of using the microwave (only for heating and boiling potatoes), I have prepared your cupcake! It turns out that you can oven without convection! Everything turned out just super! Baked for 10 minutes on 850 W. I added raisins to the white part of the dough and replaced the baking soda with baking powder, a little more than half a teaspoon in each part of the dough.Cupcake Marble
paula
the recipe is super, and it looks so appetizing that you already want to eat it, I have questions, do you need to turn off convection? And if I want to bake in a silicone mold, can I cover it with a microwave lid so it doesn't splash? And another question, should I put it on the grill grid, or can I just put it on a tarekla stand? before I only warmed it up in it, and then sometimes, now I still want to cook vegetables for salads and can even cook something, although I'm a big newbie in this topic
MamaDoma
Thanks for the cupcake! It's just a miracle! Delicate taste and very fast!

MamaDoma, thanks for your feedback!

My worldview has turned upside down !!! Cupcake! .... Stunned how much I did not know
Only warmed and defrosted, now, for 6 years. And then a cupcake in 5 minutes. I'm shocked)))

I want to be like that! Form. I need to buy a uniform
I will definitely try.
I have a power of 1000 watts. Like. Should I bet 5.5?
She has all sorts of functions .. I never used them. We should take a closer look at her tomorrow))
love-apple
For some reason, I turned out quite small, almost did not rise. Baked for 800 -12 minutes.
ramaha
but how much flour?
Fimoska
