Green beans with minced meat in sesame sauce

500 g minced meat (I cooked with turkey breasts)
500 grams of green beans (or green beans)
1 very large onion
7 tablespoons tehina paste or (3-4 tablespoons lightly toasted sesame seeds, ground in a coffee grinder)
juice of 1 lime or lemon
1.5 cups of water (if you use sesame seeds instead of ready-made paste, 2 cups water)
salt, pepper to taste

Simmer the onions in vegetable oil until soft, add minced meat or finely chopped meat, fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tails from beans or beans, cut into pieces of about 2-3 cm and add to the meat and onions. Fry for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, dilute the paste or ground sesame seeds with water - beat with a whisk, gradually adding water. Season with salt and lemon juice.
Pour the sesame sauce into the cauldron and simmer everything together until the beans are ready. If necessary, you can add hot water.
Serve with rice or pitta.
We ate with fresh semolina cakes. Yummy!
