2 table. tablespoons of thick sour cream or cream

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Cut the carrots into rings about 3-4 mm thick.
Combine potatoes and carrots in a deep bowl, add seasonings, salt, pepper, bacon and mix thoroughly. Add vegetable oil, stir, add sour cream, stir.

Leave the prepared roll to marinate for at least 2 hours just on the table, not in the refrigerator. I had it for 5 hours today. If possible, it is advisable to stir the potatoes periodically.
Prepare food foil. Cut 4 roughly square pieces.
