Recipe from the TV show "Tim Malzer Cooking".
Only the lazy one doesn't stuff chicken breasts. You can plug anything you want into them and it always turns out delicious. But this recipe captivated me with its unusual breading.

Stuffed chicken breasts "Meat in a square"

4 chicken breasts
150 gr raw sausage or just minced meat
1 jar (150 g) Greek (!) Yogurt or 150 g thick sour sour cream
small corn grits (polenta)
salt pepper
vegetable oil

Raw sausage is raw minced meat in a casing and is intended for further heat treatment. It can be perfectly replaced with minced meat prepared as for Chicken Breasts Stuffed Meat Squared
Cut the breasts along the thick side to make a pocket.

Salt and pepper the pocket inside. If you have a raw sausage, cut it into pieces, squeeze it out of the shell and place it in the pockets. If you use minced meat, then
roll up the sausages and put them in the pockets.
Place the prepared breasts on the barrel and press lightly to lay the minced meat in the pockets. Season the outside with pepper and salt.
Now let's start breading.
Pour finely ground polenta into a plate.
Lavishly coat the prepared breasts with Greek yogurt or sour cream with a teaspoon. Breaded in corn grits and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
We send the finished breasts into an oven preheated to 120 ° for 25-30 minutes.

Z. Y. I had doubts - I was afraid that the corn grits would crunch on my teeth. Nothing like this! The breading is awesome!

Stuffed chicken breasts "Meat in a square"

Expensive Stеrn, thanks for another amazing recipe This is delicious and I want to cook
About this breading, I can say that I liked it too, it is especially attractive that the breading blushes more slowly than any other, therefore, for example, the fish in it has time to cook right in the pan, without additional heating or requires less, although I like long heat treatment products Thank you again and further success
