Including, it looks like a set of problems with the hands. Sherhnut - very often I use "Velvet Handles" nutritious. Sorry, that is not the topic of Muli, MV-SV Moulinex is a new good assistant! I want to note that in my PMM and with the use of powder / tablets, just plates, spoons, forks, bowls, pots, etc. potato?, and then, after a couple of hours, isn't it time to throw the cabbage? and then, ...
And then, I tried it in Mule - just manage to throw. I don't even know the guide is tastier! Vooot.
And I bought it the other day ... But more on that another time and in another topic!

P.S. For Omela - I live in nenke! That is, in Ukraine. I saw the same tool, for example, in the trade network VARUS. I repeat, the tool is new. Surely, soon and you will show up! Take a closer look, the packaging is different from the rinse aid, but similar. You can simply not pay attention. Now I will duplicate the message.

Hello everyone. Pork roll with eggplant and broccoli with ginger
Multicooker-pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000

- 1 kg of pork pulp
- 2 eggplants

- 3 slices of white bread (I replaced with 3 tbsp. L. With a slide of bread crumbs)
- 4 tbsp. l. pine nuts (I have 10 hazelnuts)
- 100 grams of hard cheese (according to the recipe 2 tbsp. L.)
- 6 cloves of garlic (3 was enough for me)

- 2 tbsp. l olive. oils

1. Cut the eggplants into longitudinal slices 1 cm thick. Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Salt.
2. Peel the carrots and cut into very thin slices. I did it with a vegetable peeler.
3. Fry the nuts. Peel the garlic. Place the nuts, bread, garlic and olives in a blender. butter, beat everything and add cheese. Mix well.
4. Wash the meat, dry it, make a layer from a piece of meat and beat it well. Rub the meat with salt and spices.
5. On the prepared meat, put a layer of eggplant, carrot slices, thickly spread with bread mixture No. 3. Since my children asked for a roll with an egg, I put 2 eggs, cut in half, on the bread mixture.
Roll the meat up, pull with twine, grease with vegetable oil and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees, cut the foil in 20 minutes so that the roll is browned.

Note I replaced the last item with the oven. She fried the meat in a skillet where she fried eggplants. I put the meat in a roasting sleeve and tied the ends well. She poured about 100 ml of hot water into the pan, put a hot stand in the pan (it happened so that it did not reach the bottom of 10 cm) and put the meat on top. I set the VD for 35 minutes. The steam did not bleed off. The result is a steamed roll in its own juice.

Broccoli
- 450 gr broccoli
- 4 cm fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic

1. Broccoli disassemble into inflorescences and boil in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Place in a colander and rinse with cold water.
2. Peel and cut the ginger and garlic into thin slices. Fry in a very preheated skillet (in a wok) for 10 sec. Add broccoli and sauté for 4 minutes.
Note I poured soy sauce at the end. It is necessary to regulate the amount of ginger, otherwise it turned out sharply and not everyone liked it. And it's very tasty.
Bon Appetit everyone.

Hello girls! So I became the owner of a wonderful saucepan
Girls are artisans, forgive me, but I have a huge request to you!

Tiramisu
Do you need to pour a lot of water in order to cook in the steam basket? I decided to try it today, but I came to a stupor
Antonovka
Tiramisu, with a return!
The amount of water poured into the saucepan, when I was cooking in the basket, looked in the recipe book. True, I had vegetables for a vinaigrette - lila 750g boiling water
Tiramisu
Thank you, I figured it out yesterday, just an instruction in English ... I downloaded it in Russian yesterday ...
It is written there: For steam cooking: Fill the bowl with water to at least 20% of its volume (about 1.2 l). The amount of water required depends on the recipe and cooking time, but in any case, it is recommended to use at least 50 cc of water.
Gael
, Good day! Congratulations on your purchase of delicious and healthy dishes!
I make cutlets in different ways. In any case, I make the usual minced cutlet. Then - options
1. I fry on "Roasting" until a confident ruddy crust, close the lid and on high pressure for 5 minutes.
2. I put it in a double boiler, down - a side dish (potatoes or buckwheat). VD 10 minutes.
3. Favorite. Fry lightly, then pour in sauce (sour cream or tomato). VD 12 minutes approximately.
Bon Appetit!
Gael - thanks! already surprised yesterday with her new dishes!)))))
Now I am making a cupcake in a cartoon, but for some reason I have steam coming out of the lid handle, what does this mean? Not from the steam spout, but from the hole in the lid where the bolt is
Gael
, this is normal. She dumps excess steam through this hole. But if the steam goes on for a long time, check if your steam valve is well closed. Good luck1

Girls, and I brought you a chicken today. This is how I cook it in the oven, so I decided to do it in a mulechka. It turned out much tastier than in the oven!

Chicken "Yummy"
Needed: Chicken thighs 5-6 pcs, adjika (I have my own) -6 tbsp. l., mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l., ready-made mustard (I also have my own) - 3 tsp., salt, pepper to taste.
Mix adjika, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. Salt and pepper the thighs and dip in the marinade. Turn the multicooker to the "Browning" mode, put the chicken with the marinade. Fry on both sides, then set the HP mode, close the lid and set the timer for 13 minutes. Let off steam. Your fragrant and delicious chicken is ready!

Today I made a baluburda out of what was (in our family, the rule is that there are no bad products, there was not enough imagination to cook them!)
Everyone did not have time to take a photo!
In general, there was yesterday's jellied meat that didn't work out a bit, a pack of vegetable mixture without potatoes (I don't like frozen potatoes), potatoes, herbs and spices
I made a 2-minute frying of onions and carrots on "frying", added ice cream (not defrosted, but straight from the freezer) vegetable mixture and potatoes. a little more water, maybe my jelly is not watery but meat. Salted and pepper and for 10 minutes. "ND" - 3-5 minutes for self-release of pressure, tried it on salt, added bay leaves and greens and for 1 minute. "VD" black bread and sour cream ..... in general, I did not have time to make a photo
Natusik
, very tasty invented! Well done! But here's a little advice, it's better not to put cold and frozen foods in the CF pot. This is harmful to the saucepan itself, it can quickly peel off.
Tiramisu
Lana - Svetochka, in these modes the time is not set

Girls, hello! I also became the proud owner of this multicooker
So far I like everything very much I have tried both fish (below) with potatoes (in a basket), and pasta - everything is cooked great!
Has anyone tried to cook oatmeal in the "stewing" mode? I just want to take a chance ...
OlgaU
Oatmeal on "stewing" turned out! one piece of cereal
+ four parts of the liquid and stewing for 30 minutes (manually, of course). It was difficult for them to make a timer for extinguishing ...
OlgaU
I was not happy for a long time ... the mulka worked for only a week and the indicator light stopped burning ... a red light in the ND mode. A trifle, but unpleasant .... who faced such a situation? Where should I run? In the guarantee or in the store - to change, but probably they will not change?

Also got this device. I ran into a strange thing, the recipe book is in the English-Eastern language. There is no Russian as a class. Maybe someone knows the address of this document on the network?
While I'm reading this topic, I'm looking for a simpler recipe to start with.
vdom116
I have not yet had time to use the multicooker, but it has already covered itself (((
.. the temperature sensor does not work, and the timer does not count down
Antonovka
Ank,
In Russian, we have not yet found a recipe book on the network, only the instruction ran

vtom106,
Why do you think that the temperature sensor is covered? In what mode does the time count down?

Oh, you won't believe: girl_haha: We packed the cartoon in a box, brought it to the store, got it there. plugged in and ... all the lights are on. I tried to explain that one house did not burn at all, but we were told: goodbye! And that's it, now I'm happy again (though I don't know for how long while everything is on). I’ll go to the joy to shut the pilaf! How I like her!

vtom106,
Why do you think that the temperature sensor is covered? In what mode does the time count down?
1.because the timing should go after the temperature has reached,
2.tried as it should be with high and low

did she get any blood pressure?
If you closed the lid correctly, then
it happens like this - the pressure cooker first puffs, discards the unnecessary shuffle, balances, then for a few minutes nothing happens in the kagba, on the numbers, and then it counts back.

Ank
So, I decided not to risk too much, I made a mess. Rice, because there is no other cereal in the house
1 cup of rice, small, 100 grams. 1 hour of water, 2 cups of milk, salt, sugar.
5 min VD, wanted until morning - could not resist On heating for a couple of hours probably survived.
Attention to the question, where did SO MUCH porridge come from? It turned out tasty by the way ... Breakfast would be great
Tomorrow I will translate meat, all in search of a recipe for the lazy and super lazy
OlgaU
Ank, fry the onions with carrots on the "frying" mode, then throw the meat there in pieces. While the meat is fried - wash the rice and throw it in there too, well, add salt, pepper plus spices and switch to high pressure mode for 10 minutes. and that's it ..... wait for pilaf!
Antonovka

hello dear chefs!
Yesterday I bought myself a Moulinex Minute Cook multicooker with my husband (uraaa, now I will be with you !!!
We would be glad to rejoice, but in the box they did not find the book with recipes promised on the box, I was very upset, I wrote it to Mulinex yesterday, maybe they will send a book by mail ... but so far there is no answer from them I really wanted to make some porridge for breakfast, but I just didn’t I can imagine how to cook in it, how over time, steam when necessary, and when not to release ...
wandered on the forum. After reading your wonderful recipes, saliva has already expired, I understood more or less the principle of cooking, but so far I can't dare to cook everything, I'm afraid to ruin it
I cook well, so as soon as I understand how to do it in a multicooker, I'll start experimenting and upload my recipes here.
in the meantime, I have a request for you - lovely culinary creators, maybe someone has a book with recipes from multi in electronic form, or maybe it's not difficult for someone to take a picture or scan a booklet and send it to me by mail I will be very grateful to you!
And I also have a question, how to steam rice in our cartoon? how much water to pour, for how long to set, high pressure or low, then release steam or not ...?
Antonovka
honey957,
Congratulations on your purchase
That's about rice (long)
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=103717.0

In general, rice is cooked here 1: 1 in relation to water, rinse well before that. Instead of roasting, on the recommendation of our respected IRR, I fill it with boiling water for 10 minutes, however, I like round more. When I cook on high pressure for 5-6 minutes, when on low pressure - about 11 minutes, I often don't let off steam.

I didn't like buckwheat in a 1: 1 ratio at all - I cook it like on the stove 1: 2.

Ooh-oh, just now I saw what you asked
how to steam rice in our cartoon
I, unfortunately, do not know

And we don't have scanned recipes. Did you find the Table of Contents to the recipes of our topic?

thank you very much for the congratulations! sorry I can't share my impressions of cooking in it, but I think I'll try to cook something in the evening, I'll take a chance :-)
yes, I have already wandered through the forum, I have already found the table of contents with recipes, looked, it seems that I understood more or less the principle of how to cook in it, it remains only to try to cook something myself :-)

I decided to register, every day I look out here who writes what, but I don't write myself. Thanks to this site, I decided that I wanted this particular model. And when I bought it, I already knew the basics of using it, since I was already well-read So thanks to everyone who writes here and explains

People who can suggest. I want my child to steam vegetables, and boil small meatballs below. In this situation, for how long should you set the timer so that there is not something undercooked or overcooked? Or is it better to cook it separately?

And another question. In addition to elementary vegetables for babies, I can no longer think of what can be cooked so edible for everyone by steam.

Advance ATP
kVipoint
For vinigret, vegetables are ready for 15 minutes on high pressure, even the carrots are digested (but I don't take it out right away, I let the steam go out myself), for meatballs maybe 12 minutes would be enough.
Tiramisu
I cooked beets on LP and 13 minutes. enough

I want to share my joy! - Moulinex sent me a book with recipes in PDF :-) I looked through it and realized that your recipes are better :-) today I prepared risotto with mushrooms to try my multi-cooker / pressure cooker (ready-made mixtures of rice with mushrooms, herbs, spices are sold). In 10 minutes on Low Pressure it was incredibly tasty! I have in my head a recipe for a chicken / rabbit stewed in a cartoon, how I will prepare a report :-)
Antonovka
And for the vinaigrette, in general, I now cook everything in cubes in the first layer in a double boiler - beets, then potatoes, carrots on top - 0.75 liters of boiling water and on LP for 10-11 minutes

So I, like everything, did pilaf. We must still get rid of old habits. Now the motto is Least
Less oil, less water, less time! I will attach a photo, albeit slightly ashamed, if I can. The rice was overcooked, it was necessary to follow the motto ...

then you can see solid bugs ... 2 cups of water, 2 - rice. BUT! rice has already been steamed in boiling water! half a cup would be enough ..
16 minutes VD. With 2 cups of water - too much ... The rice does not stick together, no, it is just SOFT, even so M I G K Y .... quite soft. Well, he would have a bit of strength ... But the water cannot be reduced, time cannot be reduced.
Delicious by the way, no matter what. But soft ...
