500 gr minced meat (pork, beef 50:50)
1 very large onion
2 table. tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 table. tablespoons of semolina soaked in 4 tablespoons. spoons of milk
1 egg
2 table. dry parsley or a small bunch of fresh
Salt, pepper, curry, dry paprika
200 gr sliced ​​bacon
3 medium potatoes

Prepare minced meat.
Finely dice the onion and simmer in vegetable oil until soft and transparent. Mix minced meat with ready-made onion, semolina, egg, spices.
Line a teflon (silicone) or ceramic baking dish with strips of bacon so that the edges hang over.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, put them on the bacon, season with salt and pepper.

Put half of the minced meat on the potatoes. Lay green onions on top.

Put the remaining minced meat on the onion and cover with bacon.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the casserole dish in the oven. When the released juice boils, reduce the heat to 140 degrees and bake for 1 hour. If the bacon begins to brown too quickly, cover the tin with foil. The finished casserole, after draining the juice, put on a dish, turning the form over.

It was unusual for me to cook minced meat without fresh onions and without garlic, but we were very pleased! The taste is interesting, special. Liked the green onions in the casserole. FROM Snack cabbage from Aunty Basichka awesomely delicious!

I didn’t add potatoes to the casserole, I cooked it separately, but I added 200 g of canned green peas left over after making the venegrette.
