75 ml brandy, 50 ml liqueur, 100 ml sugar (you can taste), 1 apple cut into large cubes, 1 tangerine, divided into slices, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. You can, of course, also add cloves, and if they are very frozen, then a little ground pepper.
Instead of apples and tangerines, you can add a large ladle of frozen berries. Smell-fly away!
I make mulled wine often and every time a little differently.
I really liked the mulled wine with pear and 1/4 of a small lemon (don't squeeze the juice out of the lemon, just throw a piece of lemon into the wine).
It turned out tasty without cherry liqueur - apple, tangerine, 3 frozen plums.

Do not throw away fruits or berries from mulled wine!
The next day, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to them, heat up and pour the resulting sauce over the ice cream.
Or just whisk with a blender, finish to taste and get a great sauce for meat!
