Cutlets with oatmeal

500 gr mixed minced meat (50:50 pork, beef)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tea spoon of mild mustard
1 egg
0.5 teaspoon dry paprika spoons
salt, pepper to taste
5 flat tablespoons of instant oatmeal

Cut onion and garlic into cubes as small as possible.
Mix everything thoroughly (I kneaded in a food processor with a hook for about 5 minutes. Grease your hands with vegetable oil. Form 10 cutlets (roll up balls and flatten).
1. You can fry cutlets in a skillet as usual.
2. I put the cutlets in a Teflon baking sheet with sides, greased it with ketchup (you can grease it with sour cream, you don't need to smear it at all, it's not important) and baked at T 180 ° for 40 minutes until golden brown.
Very tasty and juicy!
