Seafood cocktail or squid in tomato sauce

Usually I cooked squid like that, but by order of Tortyzhka I prepared a sea cocktail according to this recipe. Sooooo delicious!

for 250 gr of seafood cocktail

2 medium tomatoes

Sauce

2 table. tablespoons of olive oil
2 table. soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 table. a spoonful of lemon juice
1 teaspoon tablespoon mustard (medium)
1 teaspoon honey

Defrost the seafood cocktail and dry on a paper towel. Cut the tomatoes into rings 1 cm thick. Pass the garlic through a press, beat all the ingredients of the sauce in a bowl with a whisk. Put the seafood cocktail in the sauce, stir and leave for 5-10 minutes. Heat the frying pan very strongly (ideally, but I don't have it, I cooked it in a Teflon frying pan). Spoon the seafood cocktail into the pan (leave the sauce in a bowl), stir a couple of times. Put the tomatoes in the sauce, stir, add to the pan, pour the remaining sauce into the pan, stir a couple of times, turn off the stove. Let it stand while you are setting the table - some of the sauce will be absorbed.
Serve with boiled rice.
