Seafood cocktail in creamy sauce

500 gr seafood cocktail
1 table. spoon of olive oil
200 ml of liquid cream of any fat content
2 table. soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
a small onion or a couple of green onion feathers
1 table. a spoonful of lemon juice
salt, sugar to taste
parsley

Defrost the seafood cocktail and dry on paper towels. Flatten the garlic with the flat side of a knife and fry in 1 table. spoon of olive oil. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Chop the onion very finely, simmer until soft.
Pour in the cream and bring to a boil.
Pour in soy sauce, bring to a boil. Pour in lemon juice, bring to a boil.
Pour in a seafood cocktail, bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and sugar. Boil for 1-2 minutes, add chopped parsley.

Serve with rice or pasta.

Stеrn , we do not sell a sea cocktail in freezer, only in plastic jars, I have never bought it, but I think that with the addition of vinegar. Will this go?
