Good day!
Sеrn, I'm here with a question about squids ...
Can I get frozen squid rings?
Just lying around in the freezer .... Defrost them first?

Squids are awesomely tasty
-Do you not like cats? ..- You just do not know how to cook them!
- this is about me, I could never eat squids because of their strong "iodine aroma", I even broke off in salads, but here it turned out to be delicious and there is no amber

Sеrn, and I want to say thank you for the squid in sour cream sauce. Our family is very fond of seafood. Awesome dish, and the most interesting thing that I cooked this morning before I ran off to work (but I had time to try it) was to cook quickly. And delicious !!!

Stеrn Stellochka, today I cooked your squid in sour cream sauce. It turned out very tasty! But there are questions. Please tell me, should the cheese completely dissolve in the sauce? It did not dissolve completely, and remained in lumps. She took hard cheese, "Dobryana". And what should be the consistency of the sauce? It was thick until I put the squid, after two minutes of boiling it became liquid. Did I do something wrong? Or should it be liquid?
Stern
Tanyusha, the cheese should dissolve completely. I usually use Gouda cheese.

The sauce is the thickness of medium sour cream.

Did you defrost the squid beforehand?

Sternushka, accept my heartfelt thanks for the recipe for squid in sour cream sauce. Yesterday we ate with soooo pleasure. It's quick to cook, the taste is delicious.
A good lifesaver.

Only one unpleasant moment (but this is not for you):
squids, when thawed, gave a hundred oools of ice water, that God grant health to the one who watered them with water so abundantly during freezing.

Did you defrost the squid beforehand?
Yes, thawed it. But the sauce turned out to be watery. And put a teaspoon of starch from HP. Maybe you should have had a regular one with a slide? But I was afraid that the starch would be felt ...

Stelochka, prepared your "Squid in sour cream sauce".

Squid in sour cream sauce

I wanted to eat in the middle of the night. I thought to prepare such a not fatal for the figure. Yes, so that and quickly. I remembered that the squids were stuck in the freezer.
I ate them like that, without a side dish ... Only I didn't have sour cream, there was only yogurt. So the sauce turned out to be slightly watery. But this did not affect his taste at all! The sauce is delicious. For rice, these squid - the very thing .. Lick your fingers. Thank you!
