Chicken soup in roman style

Ingredients:

a hen 800gr.
celery stalks 3 pcs.
carrot 3 pcs.
bulb onions 1 PC.
greens
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
peppercorns
potatoes 800gr.
canned corn 1can

Cooking method

  • 1. Put the chicken (cut into 4 pieces) into a pot of water and bring to a boil. Then I put celery (cut into 3 parts), carrots (cut into 3 parts), onions (whole), bay leaves, peppers, herbs (cilantro, dill, parsley in several branches), about 400 g of peeled whole potatoes. Salted. Cooked for 50 minutes.

  • 2. Then she took out the potatoes (in a separate plate), vegetables (left the carrots, and threw out the boiled onions, herbs and celery), chicken.

  • 3. Mash the potatoes with a little broth, and put them in a saucepan, stir.

  • 4. Put the remaining diced potatoes in the broth and bring to a boil.

  • 5. I also finely chopped half a small raw onion, 1 stalk of fresh celery, and added to the broth. Cooked for about 10 minutes.

  • 6. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut into pieces. Boiled carrots were also diced.

  • 7. Put meat, corn, carrots, finely chopped greens into the soup and brought to a boil.

  • Served with finely chopped lemon slices (the recipe recommends adding lemon juice).

  • It turned out delicious. We ate it with pleasure.

When I took out a chicken for soup from the refrigerator, the question immediately arose in my head: "What kind of soup should I cook?" I'm tired of vermicelli ... I had to dig into the Internet
I took the recipe for this soup here 🔗
And made some changes.

Merri
