Ingredients

red onion

Cooking method

  • Cut red onion into thin strips, sprinkle with vinegar (lemon), a drop of salt and mash with your hand. Leave to marinate. Squeeze off excess vinegar before placing in a salad.
  • Black radish, green, kohlrabi cabbage, carrots, rub on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the pepper into thin strips.
