Cooking method

  • I cooked in a multicooker Dex -50.
  • Cut the fillet into pieces and fry in a small amount of olive (or sunflower) oil. After the appearance of a faint brown crust, add the onion cut into half rings. Fry the onion until transparent (no need to blush, it should just be steamed a little). Add rice and mix. Turn off the frying mode. Let stand for 5 minutes for the rice to absorb the oil. At this time, we prepare a mixture of spices: 3 allspice peas and 5 black peppers, 0.5 tsp. dry garlic, 1 tsp. dried green onions, 0.5 tsp. dill, 2 bay leaves, a little nutmeg, 1 tsp. with a slide of salt. I grind everything in a mortar with salt. We fall asleep in a saucepan. Fill in 2.5 mV cups of water. And on express mode, we bring rice to readiness.

I was preparing myself one serving for lunch today, however, a more dietary option. Thank you, delicious!

For those who want to avoid frying as much as possible, we cook onion with meat on Stew. Literally tsp. grow oil, put the onion and when the liquid is extinguished and the program turns itself off (5-7 minutes), the onion just becomes as it should be - soft, transparent, but not fried. I already had boiled chicken breast, so I just cut it and added it to the onion after turning off the program. Plus I added a handful of greens. peas from the freezer and a bit of green onions from the same place. The rest is by prescription. It turned out to be a dietary and tasty dish.

It is yes, but the meat is fried according to the recipe, whatever one may say. Schaub do not fry the meat - cook, Schaub did not fry the onion - simmer.
