Chicken fillet with sauces

Ingredients

0.8 - 1kg chicken fillet (white meat)
1 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp of vegetable oil
1-2 tsp dried mint
ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat across the grain into thin strips 5-7 mm wide. In a bowl, combine meat, salt, spices and vegetable oil. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Fry over high heat in a skillet with thick bottomwhile stirring vigorously. As soon as the meat "grabs", cover, reduce heat to a minimum and simmer for 5 minutes. Leave covered on the stove for another 15-20 minutes.
  • While the meat is standing before frying and simmering under the lid, prepare the sauces.
