Milk jelly strawberry-chocolate

Ingredients

1 bag of strawberry milkshake (0.5 L)
1 bag of chocolate milkshake (0.5 L)
2 sachets (10 g each Dr.Otter) gelatin

Cooking method

  • Milk jelly strawberry-chocolate

  • Soak gelatin in separate containers in several tablespoons of water to swell, according to the instructions (Dr. Otcher 10-20 minutes). Dilute with milkshakes and warm until the gelatin is completely dissolved. DO NOT BOIL !! Pre-grease the molds with a sponge with a thin layer of odorless vegetable oil and cool in the refrigerator. Pour the finished jelly into molds. For layering: pour 1 layer (chocolate), put in the refrigerator for about 40-60 minutes, pour in another layer (strawberry). Remove until completely solidified in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
