Vegetable stew Vinaigrette (on the stove / in a slow cooker)

Ingredients

1 medium beet
4 potatoes
4 pickled cucumbers
2 carrots
2 onions
green frozen beans or peas (optional)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Peel and cut all vegetables into cubes.
  • On the stove.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables and fry a little over high heat, then add frozen beans or peas. Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer until tender over medium / low heat, stirring occasionally. Salt at the very end of cooking.
  • In a multicooker
  • Put in a slow cooker, add vegetable oil, stir and cook in the BAKING mode for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
