Ingredients

300 gr mixed minced meat (pork + beef)
1/2 cup rice (1 cup = 250 ml)
1 egg
pepper
5-6 tbsp ketchup
salt

Cooking method

I liked it too. I added onions and garlic to the minced meat, stewed it in water, and ate it with sour cream, ketchup, mayonnaise - some with what. I will certainly cook such stuffed cabbage - I have grown rhubarb in the garden.
