And in what size do you need to roll the dough into one rose, approximately, and how many roses come out of this amount of dough?
zvezda
Roll out about the size of a palm, and it turned out 20 pieces ... but they are big !!!!

I tried to make a recipe dough. But something went wrong with me. I took 400 g of flour, poured it into the CP, added water at the rate (boiling water) - the lump did not form at all. Is that how it should be? What then do you need to "squeeze" the dough with your hands? It is now in a bag, waiting for tomorrow. I will make manti with a goose. I wanted it today, but the dough is too tight. Minced goose is my favorite. Meat from a goose is a breakthrough, fatty, juicy. I will add a pumpkin for myself and my mother, for my husband and children, for juiciness, a bit of cabbage, they do not like pumpkin. Well, onion with pepper and salt. So that the manti does not stick, I dip it in oil and put it on pieces of cabbage leaves, not one will stick. Checked repeatedly.

I've been reading this topic for two days. Beautiful - no words. But the large amount of the test is very confusing. Minced meat is not enough, but too much dough. And in a roll in two layers ... not tough? Or I'm wrong?
Story

Story
people, cooked fresh manti / dumplings, and frozen ones can be steamed? OR DO YOU NEED EVERYTHING OTHERWISE? the water is boiling, I want to eat, sooooo waiting for an answer! do you want my hungry swoon?
zvezda
NEED TO!!!! Only smear the bottom of each with a little oil !!!!
Hairpin
You can frozen !!! Hour.
Hairpin
In general, I'll tell you how I cook them. In a slow cooker. I pour cold water, put down the basket, grease it with oil, put frozen manti and put on "Steam cooking" for an hour. That is, the time when the water heats up, my manti is already there.
Story
You fed me, gave me drink, I will thank you with thanks! (Further, bow to the floor)

Hairpin,: bravo: you are a meteorite too! And I will tell you how I cooked it. From the technology I only have a mixer, and in this case it was not useful, then: the lid of the pan - on a greased (more oil was needed) colander, in a colander - manti, a colander - in a pan, in a pan - water boils. I cooked it for about an hour, during which time the worm got stuck with a sausage. Vkusnooooooooooo !!!!
