Stuffed cabbage Mega Lazy (in CUCKOO 1010)

Ingredients

Minced pork and beef with onions - 600 gr
White cabbage - 400 gr
Carrot - 1 large
Rice - 1 multi-glass (160 ml)
Salt - taste
Black pepper - taste
Tomato juice - 200 ml
Liquid sour cream or yogurt - 200 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. For this recipe, I take round-grain rice (it tastes better for me), rinse and pour boiling water for a while while I prepare everything else. If you take parboiled rice, then you do not need to pour boiling water.
  • 2. I cut the cabbage into squares and additionally cut it even smaller in a wooden makitra with a greenery knife, like this:
  • Stuffed cabbage Mega Lazy (in CUCKOO 1010)
  • 3. Carrots on a grater.
  • 4. For pouring, instead of sour cream, I took homemade yoghurt, mixed with tomato juice, salted and heated in the microwave.
  • 5. While the filling is warming up - mix rice-cabbage-carrot-minced meat with onions, salt to taste and pepper.
  • 6. Put the cuckoos in a pot, hot pouring on top. We make vertical punctures in 4 places so that it goes down.
  • 7. Close and put on "Multipovar" - 40 minutes
  • _________
  • The valve turns on after about 30 minutes. If desired, after the end of the program, you can let the dish brew for 30 minutes, and then just open it.
  • This is delicious, it reminds me of the sensations of cauliflower in an omelet. No fuss with softening cabbage, you don't need to wrap anything, but just lazy and sculpt and fry. Here, there is no tension - this is MegaLazy - everything is fast, simple and nutritious

  • Even yesterday, looking at night, I was determined to make real wrapped cabbage rolls. But since no one except me likes such cabbage leaves, today I had to change plans and do "as always" lazy

Great! I am also very good. I want to make lazy cabbage rolls. But I have a slow cooker. Which mode should you choose then?

The principle in a multicooker is as follows - let it boil, and then put it out on a quiet run until tender.
With regard to Panasonic - first the Baking or Steam cooking mode and how it boils - on the Stewing mode for 1.5-2 hours.
It is also advisable to put a little multi vegetable oil on the bottom of the saucepan and cover with cabbage leaves in 1 layer, and then put the whole mixture.

Thank you!! I will definitely do it in the near future. Stuffed cabbage I love, but I really don't like messing around with cabbage leaves. And here is such a suitable option
Margushka
What kind of tomato juice do you take?
Antonovka
And I'll try to do it in a pressure cooker on the weekend - it remains to figure out how many minutes to put on pressure))))))

Usually I take homemade thick.
Now is the tomato season - you can cut their butts crosswise and into boiling water, the skin is peeled off instantly. And then in a blender - the perfect option for fresh juice

Oh, and we are lazy women! Dumplings are lazy, cabbage rolls are lazy
Bookmarked it! I will be lazy
nakapustina
I also make lazy zucchini.

I don't know how it happened, but I probably wrote:

for 1 glass of rice, there should be 400 ml of liquid together - that is:
sour cream + tomato juice = 400 ml

And not 400 that and 400 that, this is already 2 multi-glasses of rice.
SchuMakher
julifera And what is not being corrected?
julifera
Doesn't let me fix it anymore, I sent Tanyule message

julifera I've also been doing this for 20 years ... only I used to cook it in a saucepan, but now in a cartoon ...I immediately mix the minced meat with rice and put it in layers: cabbage, minced meat, cabbage, minced meat .... and fill it with one tomato juice. and in season I just cut the tomatoes in circles and put the top layer between the layers of cabbage and also tomatoes and at least a little bit of bell pepper. it turns out so fragrant ...

I fixed everything.
And I make a wonderful recipe, they eat mine with pleasure, it turns out well with brown rice. Thank you
RainForest
I usually do without carrots and tomatoes, as a liquid - broth, and sour cream in ready-made. And today I threw in carrots and mixed sour cream with yogurt. I don't like tomato with cabbage, therefore, without tomato.

Delicious!

And it's not even about laziness. Sometimes half a head of cabbage lies, and you can't make stuffed cabbage rolls!
(Once I tried to make cabbage in a pressure cooker, it was overcooked, not very much, probably 5 minutes from a coin output to the mode would be enough. Now only in a saucepan.)

Thanks for the recipe and the yogurt idea especially!
julifera
RainForest - good health!
I myself sometimes do without tomato and carrots, because sometimes it will shoot - I want such a dietary taste, but with yogurt it is so tender
Antonovka
julifera,
Less than two months have passed and I made them !! very tasty, thank you very much! The other day I think to repeat it, because it turned out to be little)))) I did it with homemade yogurt, in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes at Low pressure

Yulia, here I am vouchsafed for your mega-changer! Yesterday I cooked the usual lazy cabbage rolls, but you can't do much in the bowl, so the minced meat remained. And today I decided that frying each one is long, tedious and very harmful, let me, I think I’ll kill two birds with one stone and check whether it’s tasty your way.
I report - VERY TASTY and useful !!! my people were surprised at such a dish and happily ate everything, licking the plates. So now I will only do this!

Liza, I also really love this recipe - healthy, tasty, fast and convenient!
My son always eats only stuffing made from cabbage rolls and peppers, but here he eats everything without picking.

Thanks for the easy, quick recipe! I did it in the cartoon on Quenching for 1.5 hours - delicious. I put it in Shtebe for 30 minutes - a bit too much, but everything is very tasty! And most importantly, fast!
Mkuz1975
Good day) tell me why we heat the yogurt + juice?
Very interesting)
kavmins
Mkuz1975, I also always heat any liquid, if there is a lot of it, before pouring it into the multicooker - because this will start the cooking process faster ... and here it is also possible to warm up the mixture for homogeneity ...

I'm also going to eat the lazy. After stuffed peppers, I have to finish the pepper (not particularly depressing); from cabbage rolls in a cabbage leaf, all cabbage foliage is also mine and more than we would like; from a herring under a fur coat I get a big pile of herring, but without a fur coat this option is no better than the second, or even worse. I have already said to my wife many times: make your daughter one fur coat, let her eat, but not ... I would then make herring in the nude style, whatever on the fur coat and under the fur coat.
I'm thinking of doing it in a Redmond pressure cooker on soup for 5 minutes. and bleed off steam in a couple of minutes. I'm afraid to digest cabbage into porridge. What do you advise?
