Squash sauce

1 young squash
1 large onion
1 table. a spoonful of sour cream
milk
1 dry mushroom (optional)
100g frozen minced spinach (optional)

Dice the onion and fry in the lowest possible amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Peel the zucchini, cut into cubes, add to the onion and fry everything together until very (!) Golden brown. Grind the mushroom in a coffee grinder, add to the pan, stir a couple of times to "grab", add sour cream, simmer. Pour milk to the desired consistency (I ran out of milk, I had to add spinach). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat with constant stirring, adding milk if necessary. You can simply crush the zucchini with a spoon, or you can blender the sauce.
This is delicious!
