Fish and vegetable mince

400 gr sea fish fillet
300 gr vegetables:
1 large onion
1 carrot
2-3 cloves of garlic
a slice of cabbage
4 tablespoons semolina
salt, pepper, herbs, seasonings to taste

for cutlets or meatballs + 1 egg or for 1 kg of minced meat (fish + vegetables) 5 tablespoons of semolina and let the minced meat stand for 20 minutes.

Skip vegetables and fish 3 times through a meat grinder or grind with a blender. Add semolina, fresh or dry herbs, season.
I stuffed vegetables with this minced meat (the insides of the tomatoes went to the bottom).

Yesterday I made cutlets from "Fish and Vegetable Minced Meat", oh, how delicious, airy and tender it is !!! Only there is no photo - the batteries are dead, and after charging there was nothing to take. But the mince remained, so I'll report back in the evening!

So, I stayed yesterday "Fish and vegetable mince". And there is still mashed potatoes. In short, I cleaned the refrigerator. In a greased and sprinkled multi pan I put potatoes mixed with an egg, a tomato mug on top, added cubes of sweet pepper to the minced fish and vegetables and put them on the tomatoes. Baked for 50 minutes
It turned out very tasty !!!
