Crab stick soup (on the stove / slow cooker)

Ingredients

1 pack (400 g) vegetable mix
1 pack (100-150 g) crab sticks
1/2 cup rice (1 cup = 250 ml)
2 l of water
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
a pinch of coriander beans
3-5 pots of allspice

Cooking method

  • I took the "Spring" vegetable mix - green peas, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, leeks.
  • Crab stick soup (on the stove / slow cooker)
  • Put the vegetable mixture in a saucepan and fry = defrost with butter and soy sauce over medium heat, covered. Cut the crab sticks very finely. I still have crab vermicelli from Festive table.
  • Add chopped crab sticks, washed rice and 2 liters of water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, season with salt, add spices. Reduce heat and cook until rice is cooked ~ 15-20 minutes.
  • In a multicooker
  • Fry in the BAKING mode, after adding crab sticks, water, rice and spices, turn on STEAM BOILER = 10 minutes. ALL!!
