Venetian-style liver in the sleeve

400 gr liver (I have chicken, but the recipe included beef)
1 large sweet and sour apple, ideally Antonovka (200 gr)
2 medium onions (200g)

Lightly grease the bottom of the baking sleeve with vegetable oil. Lay the pieces of liver. Top - onions, cut into very thin quarter rings, then - apples, cut into slices. I also sprinkled with paprika powder for beauty.
Do not salt, do not pepper!

Close the sleeve, pierce it in several places with a needle or make notches with scissors. Place on a cold (!) Baking sheet and place in a cold oven.

Switch on at T 200 ° (convection 180 °) and cook for about 20 minutes. All!
Salt and pepper the liver before serving. Best served, of course, with mashed potatoes.

I never thought that I would like these two combinations so much - liver with apples, and apples with paprika.

By the way, I did not salt or pepper anything at all, and after cooking, too. As for me, it is superfluous in this chic dish. The liver is just right! (It's for my taste)
