Ingredients

Potatoes 200g.
Cottage cheese 200g.
Yolk (can be an egg) 1 PC.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Peel, cut, boil the potatoes (I cooked them in a double boiler for 15 minutes).
  • In a blender, mix potatoes, cottage cheese, yolk, salt.
  • Grease portion molds with vegetable oil. Put the potato mass, cover with foil. Cook in a double boiler for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool down. The number was a success, the cottage cheese is not felt at all !!

Py. sy. the warm curd did not want to crawl out of the mold, but the next day it jumped out of the refrigerator (pictured) very easily!

I cooked potatoes, the only potatoes I got a little more. Almost 300 grams. And it seems that I cleaned it a bit ... but how did I put it on the scales .... Well, don't throw it away, but there was only one pack of cottage cheese left. And I also added 50 grams of butter, since the cottage cheese was fat-free (I was afraid that it would turn out to be dry). In addition to salt, I added a teaspoon of sugar.
I have no portion molds, and it was not at all possible to give any shape with my hands, since it was quite delicate and sticky to my hands. Therefore, I put the whole mass on a silicone mat, sprinkled it with flour, trying to shape the sausage, stopped on a bar and let it stand in the freezer for about 20 minutes, so that it would then be possible to cut it into pieces. I made half of the mass in this way. Cooked for 15 minutes, but pulled out everything from the container of the double boiler with a spoon. My idea failed. And the pieces did not hold their shape at all. The second part was put in a plastic bowl and sent to the double boiler in it. This time for 25 minutes. Before putting the potato on a plate, I stood in it. This time, reluctantly, but got out, kept the shape of a salad bowl.
Sprinkled potatoes with grated cheese. With all the adventures, I liked the result. Thank you again
