Cutlets with vegetables in a double boiler

Ingredients

Turkey breast fillet 600g.
Egg 1 PC.
Semolina 1 st. l.
Milk 50-100ml.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Grind everything thoroughly in a blender.
  • Form cutlets with wet hands. Steam for 30-35 minutes.
  • Surprisingly juicy and tender cutlets turned out!
