Chicken breast marinated with rice with balsamic vinegar

500 gr chicken or turkey fillet
250 gr rice (dry weight)
2 table. tablespoons of vegetable oil
salt, pepper to taste

marinade
50 ml dark balsamic vinegar
2 tea. spoons of honey
3-4 cloves of garlic (through a press)
1 tea a spoonful of dry basil
2 table. tablespoons of olive (vegetable) oil

Put the rice to cook.
Heat 2 tablespoons in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cut the meat into 1 cm slices, season with pepper, salt, tenderize, cut into small cubes and fry over high heat until golden brown.
In a small ladle, combine marinade ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour the marinade into a frying pan to the meat, mix. Add cooked rice, stir, let it brew for a few minutes under the lid and serve.

Dear Stеrn, quite by accident I got to your page and got stuck. I prepared this dish. To say that it is delicious is to say nothing. This is delicious! Thank you for your hard work. True, my rice pumped up, now it is very difficult to buy high-quality rice, but even it did not spoil the taste of the dish.

Stеrn, as it turns out, this yummy is just preparing! At first I thought that the meat should be marinated, but everything turned out to be much easier and faster. Now I will take the breasts out of the freezer and quickly defrost them in the microwave and start cooking. Thanks for the recipe!
