Jelly "Chocolate"

Ingredients

Milk 500 ml
Bitter chocolate 100g.
Sugar 50g.
Dr. Oetker Gelatin 10g.

Cooking method

  • We prepare the milk cooker - fill it with the required amount of water. Pour gelatin 1 \ 4 cups of cold water directly into it, and leave for 10 minutes to swell. We turn on the stove. When heated, the gelatin begins to dissolve. We stir it. When everything is dissolved, pour the milk, close the lid. After the whistle, add the broken chocolate and sugar (I did not add it, since the milk is sweet). We close the lid, turn off the stove and leave for 5 minutes. Open the lid, mix again, pour into molds. Cool it down and put it in the refrigerator. Fffse !!! The whole process took 10 minutes! Very tasty !!
  • I understand that this is not God eating what dish. But I'm so happy !!! This is my first use of gelatin in my life !!! Hurray, comrades !!!

Note

To be honest, I wouldn't just cook this dish! The phrase on a pack of gelatin: dissolve in a water bath \ "terrified me, and discouraged any desire to cook anything with it. But here it was urgently necessary to attach sweet baked milk (read - failed condensed milk), and a miracle machine, who makes this very water bath, appeared.
