Chicken liver in sour cream sauce

Ingredients

Chicken liver 1 kg.
Sour cream 200g.
Onion 1 PC.
Sugar 1h l.
Mustard 1h l.
Salt, ground black pepper taste
Ground coriander taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Flour for breading

Cooking method

  • Wash the liver, remove films. Cut each liver in half. Pour flour into a flat plate, mix with a pinch of salt, roll over the liver in it.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and fry the liver with constant stirring until golden brown. Put in a separate bowl.
  • Put onion, cut into rings, in the same pan, sprinkle with sugar and fry until golden brown.
  • Add sour cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, coriander. Boil for 3 minutes, add mustard and mix well.
  • Put the liver in sour cream-mustard sauce. Mix thoroughly, let it boil and immediately remove from heat. Close the lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
  • Eat with pleasure !!!

Omela, made a liver according to your recipe, my husband and I ate on both cheeks, this is what I don't like liver.
We really liked it, though next time I'll put 2 onions onions. Onions are respected very much in our family.
