Ingredients

For the test
Wheat flour 195-210 g
Butter (take margarine) 125 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Salt
For filling
Hard cheese (I take Russian) 200 g
Egg yolks 4 things.
Cream
(sometimes I replace it completely with milk,
sometimes in half)
1 1/2 tbsp.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
Ground red pepper
Salt

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with salt, softened butter, add sour cream and knead the dough until it begins to lag behind the walls of the dish. You may need to add a little flour, 1-2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Cheese pie
  • Roll into a ball and keep in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes (Ideally, 3 hours, but I have never held it for so long, I have a recipe).
  • We turn on the oven to 200 degrees.
  • While the dough is in the refrigerator, we make the filling-filling: three cheese on a grater and mix with flour, salt, pepper.

  • Beat egg yolks with cream, mix with cheese.

  • We take out the dough, roll it out and put it into a mold, making a side.

  • Pour the filling onto the dough and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the heat to 150 and bake for another 25 minutes. I have a silicone mold, so it is more convenient to pour the filling on a baking sheet, since it turns out a lot, on the side, and you can't bring it to the oven.

Thanks for the cake idea! Awesome delicious. True, I changed the dough a little: I added one egg, a teaspoon of baking powder and a tablespoon of sugar.

Great! You have a higher and smaller shape, apparently, that's why there were a lot of fillings, I wanted to bite off. As you can see, I have it smeared in shape, I need to change it. Bon appetit, glad you liked it!

Just a smaller diameter shape. However, if I baked in a larger diameter mold, it would probably be more cost-effective: a little more cut pieces, albeit flatter, would turn out.But the cake itself is just a miracle.
