Stuffed and baked chicken breasts with creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts 5-6 pcs.
For minced breasts:
Boiled-smoked brisket 100 g
Bulb onions
Spice
Hard cheese on a coarse grater
For the pouring sauce:
Bulb onions
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh tomato
Sweet pepper
Cream 300 ml
Semi-hard cheese on a coarse grater
Pumpkin

Cooking method

  • I make a pocket in chicken breasts, sprinkle with salt and spices and set to marinate while I'm filling.
  • I cut the brisket thinly, cut the onion finely, rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add a little salt and spices (to taste), mix everything.
  • I fill the pockets of the breasts with this minced meat and put them in shape in slender rows.
  • Now we cook vegetables and gravy.
  • I cut onions, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin and fry everything in vegetable oil (a little), add tomato paste. At the end I add parsley and mix everything again, taste for salinity.
  • Then I lay out all the vegetables on top of the stuffed breasts, pour cold cream and sprinkle with grated cheese (coarse). You need enough cream to almost completely cover the breasts with vegetables.
  • We put the form with the breasts in the oven at 160 * C and bring it to readiness, and until the cheese is browned.
  • This is what a finished roll with vegetables stewed in the oven looks like.

Very tasty! And tender meat and vegetables in a creamy sauce! There is never a lot of gravy - you can eat it with a spoon, but if you still rub it with bread ... ..
