Ingredients

Puff pastry 1 package
(2 sheets)
Any fruit
fresh pears at hand today
and fresh apricots
Starch, sugar, egg.

Cooking method

  • 1.Cut the pear into slices and roll in starch. Cut the apricots in half.

  • 2. Roll out the dough and cut into portions. On one side, cut the dough into several cuts.
  • On each piece we put a slice of pear (without sugar), cover with the second half of the dough, pinch - and on a baking sheet.

  • Place two apricot halves on each slice. Pre-dip the apricot with an incision in granulated sugar and then in starch. Now we pinch the dough and place the bun on a baking sheet.

  • I use starch so that the fruit does not lose its juice when baking the buns, and the juice does not leak out. With this method, fruits in buns retain their shape.
  • So I got 12 instant buns.
