Wheat flour (maybe more) 100 g

Raisins 2 handfuls
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Mix the curd with the rest of the food. I just rub it with a fork so that the curd is preserved in small pieces. Add raisins at the last moment.
  • The raisins must be pre-washed and dried with a paper towel.
  • The dough should not be steep, as for cheese cakes, but so as to take it with a spoon.
  • Now heat a skillet (medium heat) with butter.
  • We take the curd dough with a spoon, roll the koloboks in flour (a little), shape the cutlet into a not thick one and put it in a pan for frying pancakes on both sides until blush.
  • Put the pancakes on a plate.
  • Now we are preparing fruit and berry sauce or you can make a quick jam.
  • We look at what fruits and berries are in the refrigerator. The combination of products can be completely different.
  • Today I found a very soft pear, 5-6 pieces of fresh apricots (leftovers), I found frozen lingonberries in the freezer.
  • I washed all the fruits, peeled, cut into pieces, added a few tablespoons of sugar, put everything in a glass bowl and put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes at the highest power.
  • Today, 3 minutes of time was enough for such an amount of fruit. She mixed the fruit once.
  • Done.
  • Now you need to rub the heated fruit through a sieve - the sauce is ready.
  • But I like to leave the fruit as it is - intact. Their appearance and taste of each fruit are preserved.
  • You can cook fruits in the microwave for longer and they will become even softer and boil completely, and quickly wipe mashed potatoes from them.
  • Now we put the pancakes on a plate, put the fruit next to it.
