Cooking method

  • 4. Tracking the bun, the consistency of the bun is very soft, since it contains whole grain flour and a large amount of toasted bran.
  • 5. Proofers.
  • 6. First proofing in a bowl greased with vegetable oil in the oven at 30 * С.
  • 7. Knead the dough from the edges to the center. Forming oval bread and placing in a mold.
  • 8. Second proofing in the mold and in the oven at 30 * C
  • 9. Bakery products
  • 10. Preheat the oven to 190 *, while the bread pan remains in the oven. The dough piece will rise a little more as the oven heats up.
  • 11. Then gradually, every 10-15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 and 165 * and bring it to readiness.
  • I grease the bread with olive oil and leave it to rest.
